At Captua, we’re constantly trying to help our customers be more productive with the tools they already use, so we’ve just launched a brand new feature; 5GB of online storage via your own Captua Web Drive.
The new feature allows customers to upload files of any size or type and access them not only via Captua CRM, but via their own personal web link, e.g. yourcompany.captua.com/yourfile.gif
Users can automatically include certain types of content in surveys and blogs with automatically generated “embed code” for the following file types (other file types will be presented as hyperlinks):
MP3 Audio Files
A link to a flash audio player is automatically created so you can embed MP3 files into your Captua Survey with ease.

GIF & JPG Images
An HTML <img> link is provided so you can easily use image content in survey styles or questions.

You can easily use these files by copying and pasting the "embed" code to additional HTML box, on the question detail page.
Using this feature
To use this feature, simply click on the "My Files" link on the account bar on the left side of your Captua CRM account (permission dependent)
