With the launch of our campaign zone pending, we've been making a few changes to our messaging infrastructure.
You can now customise the design of all e-mails originating from your Captua CRM account. This is great news for customers who want to send notifications, ticket updates, survey invitations and campaign messages out to customers with a custom look and feel, providing transparency from the Captua name.
What's more, you can use your own mail server for sending messages through our new Mail Agent feature.
