The seventh update to the product in 2009 delivers significant back end benefits including a more robust synchronisation system, improved visibility of background tasks and a several new features and bug fixes.

Increased sync speed for high traffic users
Sync time for high traffic users has been cut by around 35%.
Improved visibility of sync process
Background synchronisation can be tracked via a panel on the home screen.
Schedule visits, surveys or calls directly from handheld
A step by step, wizard like process which allows you to search for an outlet and schedule a call on it from all activities associated with the parent account. If the outlet doesn’t exist, it can be easily created.
Reorganising and re-naming notes tabs
“Notes” are now referred to as “User Notes” and can be created by selecting the “New” option from the main menu.
“Outlet Notes” are now available from the context menu on the outlet grid.
Outlet address information visible on call grid
A context menu option has been added to make the address details of the outlet visible without entering the call
Bug Fixes
Resolved collision errors on sync down by waiting for caching to complete before attempting to download data
