Question Types

Check Box List
Allows users to check a box, indicating a true or false attribute of a record. The reporting system uses "true" for checked values and "false" for unchecked values.
Drop Down List
Allows users to select a single item from a list of options you can define.
Embed Image, Audio & Video Content
Embed audio and graphics into surveys via Captua document hosting feature.
Image
Allows users to capture a digital image.
Matrix
Allows users to answer a number of questions using the same answers. Available on Captua Survey only.
Radio Button List
Allows users to select more than one value from a list you define. These fields are displayed in reports separated by a comma.
Text
Allows the user to enter any combination of letters and numbers up to 255 characters.
Text Area
Allows users to enter up to 32,000 characters that display on separate lines similar to a description field. Currently in beta.
