So how does it work?

Step 1: The administrator sets up event on Captua

Step 2: Administrator creates a registration form where volunteers register their interest in helping out at a particular event.

Step 3: A public, customisable web address can be given out or distributed automatically by the system, enabling users to register their interest, and input contact details.

The administrator can, at any time, send e-mail and SMS alerts users registered to certain events; e.g. Hi [User]. Thanks for offering to volunteer. Please be at Glasgow Green by 9:30am.
